About Us

Our Company provides a full range of corporate management services to individuals and corporations wishing to use Hong Kong as a base for their international or local business activities, and/or using an offshore entity as an international holding company/estate planning base for international and Hong Kong business or assets. As part of the service, we arrange specialized local and international tax, legal, investment and banking services for our clients whenever and wherever necessary.

We strive to maintain the affairs of our clients strictly confidential to management only. We can therefore service the requirements of business referred to us by financial and professional institutions and guarantee that business so referred will be treated strictly confidential. Any on-going business requirements of such clients will wherever possible, be directed back to the referrer.

Although we recommend one to use British Virgin Islands because of their high standards and political stability, we are in a position to offer similar services in other jurisdictions such as Cayman Islands, Samoa, Anguilla Panama, Liberia and indeed, Hong Kong. But in selecting a jurisdiction one should carefully consider five factors: political stability, confidentiality, tax structure, established financial centre and whether British type of laws is used.
